Dumb Move: Reggie Bush Forfeits His Heisman Trophy

Ok we all know that Reggie Bush won the heisman trophy [biggest trophy u can win in college football] in 2005. Now, as of today he has been stripped of his heisman trophy. they're saying its because as he was playin for USC,he was accepting gifts,and benefits which is against college rules. I understand that BUT,it's now 2010 about to be 2011,why is all of this JUST now occuring? and secondly,benefits or not he was the best player [in my opinion] in his time of playing there was in college football. he won it fair and square by scoring many touchdowns, gaining record breaking rushing yardage and making defenses look stupid,there's no way that benefits/gifts and etc. shuld dismantle all his hardwork definitely within a 6 year wait! they're sayin he accepted spending money for whenever he was places the team ahd to travel,cars,and other gifts. My thing is ,WHO'S NOT GOIN TO ACCEPT GIFTS?! who's goin to turn down any gift thats in their likein especially if its legit? they're goin to far in my opinion. Also with all that being said im starting to think that a person close to him,snitched on him because who else will tell this kind of information? aside from that,he's not only gettin his heisman taken away but they're also taking him out of the 'Place Of Honor' at the USC campus, AND take away all of the USC college football team's WINS that were won from 2004-2005 smh to me thats a little to much basically he did all'lat for no reason,aside from being in the NFL today,idk but i also respects how he just gave the heisman trophy up with no problem or arguement. Shows class..

Today as i watched sports center i caught a recording of Vince Young (heisman trophy candidate who Reggie Bush won the heisman over in 2005) say that he basically feels that if the heisman is being stripped from reggie bush,he wants it.. my thing with that is Vince Young was a great player as well,but i dont think he was better than Reggie Bush, and if i was him i wouldnt even feel comfortable accepting an award that i didnt win LEGITLY..the fans voted for REGGIE BUSH in 2005 so its obviously who they wanted to see with the heisman,Vince was hating ever since Reggie won that award,nikka's a clown..listen to the vid and hear what he had to say .. . below
